The Company has always been adhering to optimize appearance and structure of the equipment including 600T and 90MN extruders, and implementing technology upgrading of oil circuit, circuit automation, and other core links. In particular, the Company provides the supporting machines for the user’s special products according to the market demand.

The Company machines the parts of the extruding equipment and other mechanical accessories. The largest part machined by the vertical lathe is 5m with the length of 3.3m and the weight of 60 tons; the largest part machined by the horizontal lathe is 2.5m with the length of 10m. The boring lathe can machine the part with the X.Y.Z up to 5M×4M×2.5M. The Company can machine and manufacture all parts of the aluminum profile extruders at 15000 tons and below; the Company not only has the independent ability to machine the extruders manufactured by the enterprise, but also has the ability to manufacture and repair the core mechanical accessories of the world-class 10000-ton aluminum profile extrusion container, extrusion stem, and profile manufacturing machine container, fully covering the machining and repair capacity of the copper and aluminum extruders available on the market. At present, the Company is serving more than 400 enterprises.

The Company has salt bath furnace, all kinds of pit-type heat treatment heating furnace and tempering furnace, φ2500×3000 and φ600×6000 deep-well furnace, and excellent testing equipment for quenching and tempering of all kinds of molds and tools, and hardness and metallography of long-axis hardening treatment, with the quality up to national standards. The Company has the ability to machine and harden all components of the aluminum profile extruder at 12500 tons and below.
